no because companies like samsung, lg, hyundai own everything (even the smallest shit like street food)
smaller companies/individuals have zero opportunities here.
and even if you somehow 'make it', government takes 50% or more.
other than bribery, foreigners have no chance either because government will make your shit illegal.
