Need For Speed: Payback Examination
Need For Speed is a must for the gaming world. The first game of the NFS series, which introduces a lot of car races, is as bright as yesterday. With 3-D graphics from the outside and 2-D cockpit with kokpitte, we were able to use the tools that decorate our dreams at that time, perhaps creating a kind of car culture. With the 2nd game, the series that connected us all for years for the screen, developed over time and made the summit with Underground and Most Wanted. Having achieved a great success in influencing the widespread use of modified car culture in the world, NFS continued to succeed with Carbon after Most Wanted, but could not present expectations to players with their next games. The series, partially shifted to the side of simulation with Pro Street and Shift, was not liked by the players and remained under expectations with subsequent games. If these expectations were the biggest, the possibility of detailed modification in Underground 2 not being available in the next games, in the sense of the story, could not impress us as Most Wanted. Personally, I was very hopeful of Need For Speed, which came out in 2015 with all the NFS games except for The Run, which had a claim to revive the game in 2015, but those hopes were overtaken in the online arena, resulting in disappointment in part. EA took a two-year pause in order to completely lose this gold-laying hen. The result is the Need for Speed: Payback, a product of a two-year study. The presentation videos featured a quick and furious smelling production, graphics and theme that made us curious. But personally, these Fast and Furious smelling productions, like NFS, have made me feel like an inspiration for a game, which actually leads to the production of this film series. According to me, NFS is a production that has to give a feeling of a movie, not a production that has to give racing and automobile spirit. Modifiye part is a very big part of this soul. The most criticized part of the previous Need For Speeds was the almost complete removal of this modification from the game. With NFS coming in 2015, this problem seems to have been partially resolved, but it was still not at a sufficient level. Has the situation changed at Payback? Let's examine it together.
First of all I want to talk about the story of the game. When we start as a classical street racer, we are diving after a crazy event with our friends in the game. We are faced with a collapse as in NFS Most Wanted. Since I do not want to give spoilers, I will go over the event as much as possible, but there is no story that affects me as much as NFS: Most Wanted. Characters are also quite cold and it makes you feel artificial. I can say it clearly without having to bother and it seems that the story is not able to meet your expectation of the game. There is not a single scene for the story that remains in my memory throughout the game.
I used to play the hell out of Need for Speed Most wanted on PS2 lol
Me and my daughter love the NFS series. Thanks for your post and if you want to see a funny video of her playing NFS Rivals when she was 9...
