Aatrox itself is a LoL hero of the Diver or Fighter class. He is equipped with an engage or escpae skill called Dark Flight and also Blood Thirst skill that can make him restore HP every third attack.
Both skills are quite similar to how it works with the Argus Mobile Legends hero Demonic Grip (with Dark Flight) and Blood Thirst (with Eternal Evil). Although not the same one hundred percent, more or less its function is quite similar.
