Grants maximum Flow but resets all stacks of Gathering Storm.For 15 seconds, Yasuo's critical strikes gain 50% Bonus Armor Penetration - this affects Armor from items, buffs, runes and masteries.

He is really good in early and late game he is very strong if you can get feeded and you can get phantom dancer or static shiv and infinity edge.
I recommend you to build Phantom Dancer or Static Shiv after that Infinity Edge and Bloodthister and Ravenous Hydra and then maybe Mercurial Scimitar and a Elixir of Wrath-(you need level 9).
I really like playing yasuo because i think you need to have skill to play the champ not like annie or cait that they have no mechanics and a re so easy to play.I main him and i really have fun when im playing him.I don't recommend you to play him if you don't know what your doing.
