I think soo, It could be possible the Jaqen was Rhaegar
If you look closely, when Ned Stark was about to Behad the last words he said was Valar Murgulis. Which brings me to the conclusion that maybe Ned stark is still alive and will re appear in season 8. And the person who was behaded was someone from Jaqan Hagar's team
