KABADDI:
This is a popular ancient game in the Indian subcontinent. In the subcontinent, the game was held in different names in the region. Since there was regional play, there were no legal rules. In the countryside, playing ha-do-do was the only source of humor. Kabadi is the traditional name of the traditional Ha-do-do game in Bangladesh. After independence, various sports federations were reorganized to stimulate the pace of sports in Bangladesh. Bangladesh Kabaddi Federation was formed in the same series. Kabaddi was included in the 2nd clean game held in Dhaka in the efforts of Bangladesh Kabaddi Federation. Since then, the Kabaddi game has set foot in the international arena. The Kabaddi game was included in the Asian Games held in Beijing on May 4 and has become a regular event. We expect the sport to be included in the Commonwealth Games and the Olympics soon.
