Nostalgic Maplestory - Part 1

Maplestory is one of the greatest 2D RPG back during the early 20s'. I remember countless sleepless night when Maplestory was still a thing. Spent the whole night thinking of ways to get to a higher lvl, ways of getting a better equipment or even struggled on quitting the game! It simply was TOO HARD to quit. I was addicted.

Anyway, anyone remembered the good ol' Henesys Hunting Ground I? I remembered I literally slacked there everyday. Yes, everyday. It was fun when Maplestory used to be a place for us to make friends. I could just chat with random strangers whole day and becoming their best friend next day. Leveling WAS NOT A THING back then and high level players are rarely seen. Tho there must be some hardcore players on your server. You know who ;)

Now, if you remembered slacking, you should also remembered killing. Being an archer or thief class was a pain-in-the-ass. We had short HP and couldn't attack when we were too near a mob. So, it's a avoid the mob at all costs situation.

Alrigggggggght, up next we have the fun town- *Elnath. Why did I call it fun, you wonder? Well, I don't know tbh...jk. I loved it because I could slide around. I never wanted to purchased the snowshoes because they were simply too expensive, especially the Yellow Snowshoes or...violet? Couldn't remember.

Anyone here played the Thief /Assassin class before? Oh, I do! It was my 2nd character after DK ( Dark Knight) or just call it spearman...didn't actually made it to 120 before big bang patch.

So, if you remembered being an Assassin, you must remember the struggle to obtain a nice throwing star!! You name them!

NPC equipments back then were insanely expensive. I remembered hitting my 1st 1m mesos almost made me cried. Oh, the best part of those equipment prices, we could sell our hunted EQs at high $!!! People get rich by farming EQs at high level hunting grounds. Poor low levels like me :s
