Forget what wizard says listen to fairbet he knows everything and says it's legit so it must be legit lol

This is actually a good point. We don't even know who @fairbet really is. No offense to him/her/zir - and commendment for the effort - but this is certainly NOT a proper investigation. On further consideration I think I WILL proceed to report @Kryptogames to some various organizations dedicated to fair online gambing across the internet. As I have said, I feel that something is not right about this whole thing. The only issue is that we need evidence, and to get that you have to play. I suggest ANYBODY who has evidence (preferably VIDEO footage of your active play) send it to me via SteemChat --> @transcriptjunky

I will play it next week and do screen shots of each hand see how we get on with that

That would be great. I'm thinking that since each hand is connected with a blockchain ID then if you simply ALSO screenshot the transaction as you pay for it (via Steem Keychain or Steeem Connect) then you will have screenshots of BOTH the proof that you placed the bet with the specific blockchain ID, and the screenshot of the hand outcome itself, which should hold in any legal situation. And while you are working on gathering evidence I will continue seeking out relevant organizations on the internet. That one site I linked to last week accepts complaints, but they want evidence submitted with the complaint via their dedication "submit complaint" page. We can also use the relevant posts from @fairbet's profile AND @kryptogames profile, as supporting evidence that this is NOT just one person complaining. Does this sound like a plan?

Defo does 👍
Sometimes i have problems of taking a Screenshot as the screen disappears assuming just a blockchain thing as it does it on other sites too. Will try my best

UPDATE: As part of the ongoing research into provable fairness, I discovered this excellent article today :

Blockchain Gambling: Why Crypto Betting Sites Are Not Always Transparent
https://oddsdigest.com/blockchain/blockchain-gambling-why-crypto-betting-sites-are-not-always-transparent/

which has been put out by a proper "Online Blockchain Gambling" advocacy organization (which is providing a similar service to what @fairbet is presenting via the profile of this post, but is a proper EXTERNAL organization):

https://cryptogambling.org

I have now begun the process of filing a formal complaint with this organization, against Kryptogames, and awaiting their response. This would be the type of external organization which would be able to ACTUALLY assist in this situation (as opposed to a mere profile with 46 followers from WITHIN the Steemit platform).

@qam2112 - as I await their response, have you made any progress on your proposal to do some active game-play to gather evidence to present to any/all advocacy organizations I am in the process of finding via my research? Please update on the situation. Obviously, @fairbet AND @kryptogames are barely putting out regular updates, so I will continue using the comments sections of these outdated posts to communicate about this issue. I am still VERY MUCH active on this case, so everyone involved please be aware of this. Kryptogames WILL be put to the scrutiny of any/all appropriate legal and advocacy groups which are intended for the purpose of protecting the public from online gambling scams. It is just a matter of how much time it will take to find and connect with the proper organizations, as well as finding a way to provide proper evidence...

If active means lost 500 in an hour lol then yes indeed, dont ask the gambler took over. I had a moment of madness where I thought it might be alright. I am waiting for some money to clear will buy 500 and play through it keeping the bet the same. I have been playing tiny amounts and it pays out. Only when you up your bet. I went 1,2,4....128 all lost with some crazy beats but didn't let me Screenshot disappeared rapid 'for some reason'

Just been to there site went to one of there verified site stake.com lost 0.5eth got git with 7 blackjacks in 8 hands lol. Everyone in there chats is complaining about losing. So either noone knows how to play and everyone's a born loser or that site is shit. These guys probably pay to he listed on there I would give up as a loss and let it go noones giving us money back we been scammed let it go. No way of tracking anyone down to do anything about it

Okay, man. I don't expect you to do anything else at this point. I will continue researching this, and WILL report the Kryptogames site if I can find additional advocacy sites outside of Steemit to do so. This is part of my larger research effort into blockchain gaming. I also have 2,746,630 Krypto Gamers Tokens, and 330 Good Gamer's Token which I will hold and then sell at a time when their value is enough to partially/fully offset the 5,000 Steem loss I have experienced, and then buy that Steem back. Actually, at the current $0.17 that is ~ $850 USD, and I see that my Kryptogamers token holding has been up to as much as ~ $100 a few times in the past month. So hopefully it will be possible to recup some/most of the loss and then never gamble on these sites again. At least with the potential to earn the tokens there is a CHANCE of recuperating something, REGARDLESS of what the Kryptogames admin does. Once those tokens are in Steem-Engine they are OURS to hold or sell as we see fit. So that is at least ONE plus to all of this. Good luck.

Your link says nothing, just that that guy examines crypto websites, it barely goes into detail and judging by some of Malachy Caldwell comments he seems like more of a joker than someone who understands programming. He has a handful of Twitter followers, 4 at the time of this post and talks mostly about politics https://twitter.com/malachycaldwell

The KG code is transparent and verifiable with the blockchain. What does Malachy's argument have to do with anything other than non-transparent games are not transparent? I don't have to update anything, I assume KG is still using the same code as always and are still transparent about it.

You really need to stop this, anyone who understands programming, math and the blockchain understands there is only one way to screw with the odd bet. Kryptogames cannot predict the future.

you're right, players cannot resplit aces, they can only split them once but they can hit on those split aces correct?

Wizard says: Player can resplit to: 2 hands but you cannot resplit any pair eg. You get 7-7 - you split - you get 7-7 and 7-7 and then you cannot resplit! According to wizard chart you should be able to resplit both hands

Anyways, You cannot resplit and you cannot double down after split. I have never seen in my life that both rules together were followed by the land based casinos. I don't believe house edge is only 0.54 this way

Yes, there are SEVERAL (what @kryptogames conveniently calls "glitches") which we can document if we work together, but you need to PLAY and risk more Steem. What we need is a PROPER organization who can use legal force to do a proper investigation of this operation. @fairbet's effort is commendable, but he/she/zir is not an ACCREDITED organization. he is basing his analysis on playing the game using his own funds! That would be like the Nevada Gaming Board https://gaming.nv.gov enforcing state regulations by having regulators go in to their casino of choice and play the slot machines with their OWN (personal) MONEY.

Are you sure? I understand the word resplit, but they say to two hands and when you split there are 2 hands. If you resplit there would be 3 hands.
