Remember someone gets the Steem somewhere, maybe the developers are poor students. Maybe some of the dividend holders have a family to feed. It's not like the Steem disappears. Some people need to be taught a lesson and I think anyone losing really badly or who shows addictive tendencies should be blacklisted from using casinos on Steem, it's easier to ban someone here than in an actual casino.
