Zero Cardio...lift weights much better for you. High rep squats with medium weights low rest between sets. Do that 3x per week and you will get way more in way less time than countless hours wasted doing standard cardio.

Agreed, but cardio has it's usefulness as well. I lift about 6 days a week and also do some cardio as well!
