This is the best shot you’ve got - thoughts from the sauna #2

Welcome to the second post in my series about thoughts from the sauna.. where I sit in a 220 degrees (Fahrenheit) sauna for 20 mins and think about something to write.

So before my phone overheats, allow me to get into the quote that I have posted above.

I came across this comment while I was reading through some Steem posts earlier today and I thought that I would share a few of my thoughts on it.

For 1, I totally agree with this quote.

So many people in the crypto space are so obsessed with short-term gains and near term results.

They think that putting in a tiny bit of effort will result in significant returns right off the bat!

Not true.

They think they’ll get rich quick.

Not true... but I’ll tell you something that I’ve learned which is a game changer:

Crypto (especially Steem) will allow you to get rich.. but not get rich quick.. it will allow you to get rich very slowly.

By grinding and putting in the effort over a long period of time.

By showing up consistently for years and years.

Years from now we will look back at this time as being the best accumulation opportunity that we didn’t maximize to its fullest.

If you’re not maximizing your opportunity to earn and power up more STEEM, then you my friend, are missing out on one of the biggest opportunities of your lifetime. This stuff can change your life - if you’re patient enough to let it work.
