Recovering from all the New Years festivities has been a longer process than expected.
Regardless, I’m doing my best to get right back into my normal routines and habits.
Including the way that I eat!!!
This is a great example of why I like to keep my habits in check at all times...
Since New Year’s Eve, I’ve been waking up late, eating poorly, not reading, barely writing, not working out, not stretching,..
Needless to say, I’m hoping that today is the day that I get right back to many of these great habits of mine!
