Gaeul IVE Positive for COVID-19 Amid Comeback Preparations
IVE has just announced a comeback plan. However, one of the members tested positive for COVID-19.
This was conveyed by Starship Entertainment as management. Gaeul tested positive for COVID-19 after undergoing an independent test and was immediately taken to the hospital to undergo a rapid antigen test.
"We would like to provide information about IVE member Gaeul, who tested positive for COVID-19. He tested positive for COVID-19 while undergoing a self-test on March 15. He then underwent a rapid antigen test which also tested positive for COVID-19," said Starship Entertainment. .
"All members other than Gaeul are currently not showing any symptoms and tested negative for COVID-19 after undergoing a rapid test. Gaeul currently has two vaccinations and is currently experiencing symptoms of a mild sore throat," he continued.
Gaeul is currently undergoing treatment at home and is separated from the other IVE members. At the end of the statement, Starship Entertainment also promised to prioritize the health and safety of the artists going forward.
