As human technological advancement inevitably begins to turn towards the benefits and possibilities of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency awareness is beginning to grow amongst the mainstream and more fringe crowds alike. However, awareness is a step in the right direction for sure, but adoption is a whole other matter; adoption of new technology is historically slow and staggered, as there are always specific and individual hurdles to mass adoption for each pioneering technological wave. The hurdles to adoption of crypto are clear- limited utility in the real world, uncertain level of fund security and complications when actually utilising for transactions.

FuzeX’s mission is to knock down these traditional barriers to entry of the crypto space, by the general public, by created a multi-layered ecosystem which makes overall utility and storage of cryptocurrenciesmore secure, and more importantly much more applicable to the real world. Current Industry Situation

The blockchain industry has come on leaps and bounds in recent years in terms of awareness- Bitcoin, and to a lesser extent other cryptos, have been thrust into the public limelight during recent hugely volatile times, as many members of the public are experiencing their first taste of the technology. Beta Testing

The team is leaving nothing up to chance; FuzeX has already carried out an array of testing of its innovative solution, including a closed beta test which assessed a comprehensive checklist of features. You can also find an example card demo for an order being placed at McDonalds, which is exciting to see to say the least. FuzeX are no amateurs when it comes to product development.

Team

Of course, anybody can write an impressive whitepaper and create a persuasive website; the idea is the easy part, it’s implementing the idea which is difficult. When evaluating any company, or project, in the Wild West of crypto, it is always crucial to ensure that the team have the expertise and proven ability required to carry out their proposed vision.

The FuzeX team are impressive, to say the least. The team truly are a top-tier line up and have clearly honed their skills with their decades of combined experience in relevant industries. Each team member is impressive in their own right, which is always reassuring to see, together the team already have a proven track record of successful performance- having already developed, launched, sold and shipped more than 30,000 Fuze cards (a similar previous model without multi-currency functionality). Such operational experience on the part of the team is always a massive tick in my books.

Verdict & Summary

The projects which excite me the most in the space are either those which inherently utilise blockchain’s technological possibilities to fundamentally improve an industry through genuine innovation, and those which help to normalise crypto usage by making payments and fund storage simpler and safer. Those two functions do not necessarily have to be mutually exclusive, and as FuzeX has demonstrated, can often yield the most beneficial results when combined.

FuzeX is truly impressive in terms of the calibre of the team- who have already impressively proven their ability through successful previous operation in the same space- and also in terms of the scope of their vision. FuzeX’s next-generation crypto payment ecosystem promises to not only enhance the utility and security benefits of those already active in the space, but also to help pave the way for further adoption; potential adopters as a whole will certainly feel more comfortable engaging in the space when their digital assets hold a more blatant- but seamless- real world value.

The nature of any new disruptive technological advancement is that both the existing structures and the public first need to be convinced of a new technology’s superior utility before being embraced by the collective public mind.
