An unstoppable virus has destroyed the world as we know it.
The year is 2080. Devon is an icy place ruled by merpeople. Once glorious, the Tower of London is now grubby.
Charming detective, Prof Darth Thornton is humanity's only hope. Darth finds the courage to start a secret revolutionary organization called The Twenty Three.
The fight is jeopardised when Darth is tricked by hungry cleaner, Mr Harold Ramsbottom, and injures his little toe.
