Hi Steemians

Cockburn EWA made it five from five in round five with another easy win, this time 8-1 over Perth AFC to stay top of the pile in the Pro Futsal WA State Futsal League.

Stirling Braza Ginga remain second after they held the Murdoch Warriors 2-1 in a tight contest remaniscent of the glory days of WA futsal when Braza, Murdoch and Cambio Cumbre were the teams to beat.

Perth Longobarda solidified third position with a 4-3 victory over Curtin Footbalista who spurned plenty of early chances before the organised Italians opened up a healthy lead which proved to much for Footbalista to reel in.

Rockingham Cambio Cumbre sit in fourth place on the table after an easy 6-1 win over the Joondalup ECU Jets who have just a solitary win for the season over Balga FC so far.

Former back to back SFL Champions Fremantle FC looked brilliant in their 5-1 win over South Perth, with plenty of young talent on show, Coach Luke Tidy may finally have found the mix to trouble the likes of Cockburn.

Balga FC notched their first victory with a 4-2 win over the winless Spearwood Lions, who now sit bottom of the 12 team competition with some serious work to do.
