The draft lottery is tonight at 8:30 pm EST on ESPN.
The Celtics have the best odds of landing the number 1 pick.
The Suns and Lakers have the next best odds of landing the top pick.
There are rumored to be 5 sure-fire All-Stars in this years draft. It's being regarding as one of the best drafts in the last 15 years.
