In my country they don't even do punishments :(

In my country he would get the same punishment as he had 0.5 grams of weed. I would send him to work at the nursing home for older people. Maybe he turns for 180 degrees...

Kevin Spacey is not a pedophile.
It scares me that someone could accuse me publicly of what I have done 20 years ago (unless I had persisted in the crime and the accusation would stop a chain of violence, like the Witnestein case).
I am a different person from 20 years ago, I would like to reply privately of what I have done 20 years ago, without running away. And paying the right price for what has been done.
Casey assaulted someone 30 years ago, and due to the contingencies, he was now forced to come out, but I don't think it is fairly to publicly tease him and say crap about him and put him on a public pillory for the fact that he is gay and for old events.

If I recall correctly he was 26 at the time and the assault was made onto someone who was 14 then, which wasn't something that was acceptable for the time either, nor is it a small transgression
Perhaps he's a changed man since then, but I'm not sure that's enough to completely redeem himself for his actions just because a lot of time has elapsed between the alleged incidence and now
On balance, I think public humiliation and a fall from grace is the least he deserves and probably the most he'll get from all this
While I completely agree with your sentiment, I believe all things should be fodder for comedy and @trafaglar is known for his oft times offensive comedy. You shouldn't go to a steakhouse if your a vegan, or a strip club if your a nun.

However, here we are making fun of an individual that is not a pedophile or maybe it was 30 years ago.

I know, it's a shit situation. To be outted in such a way, to come clean and then have the world shit on you... I'm a big fan of Kevin Spaceys work and have known for the last decade that he was gay. And some responsibility should be on the parents, drunk drama people are damn near the most lascivious lewdites to ever have existed, and a grope between what was perhaps thought to be consenting adults.
At the same time, this is comedy, if you can't laugh, if it's not controversial, what good is it?

It was clearly explained that he was hitting on a 14 years old and was rejected. Because he is famous he was forced to come out.
There is no prove he has raped/assaulted anybody or he has been using his power to abuse - see Witgenstein's case.
So, I don't think he deserve public disgrace and to put an end to his career because of something that he did 30 years ago.
Why laughing about him being a pedophile if he is not/or if he changed?
It could be your brother, your son, your father.
