OMG IT REALLY IS WORKING!

Few days ago I was writing about an Jamie Oliver's trick that was not working, and after that I forgot about it. The trick was to put an banana on some immature tomatoes to mature. And it wasn't working so well and I thought Jamie was or an liar or an idiot.

But I have noticed something odd today!

I rubbed my eyes even tho I woke up a long ago this morning and I couldn't belive. There was actually something red in the basket. Jamie Oliver was right! It took some time but the tomatoes has actually turned red. I stoned for a moment in the kitchen. I was thinking can this be true? Do people do this when they are selling mature tomatoes in the markets? What is the trick behind this?

I was thinking did my mother saw this? I need to tell her if she didn't and I need to do it fast! I was excited. I looked for her in the room.. she was not there.. I looked for her in the living room.. again not there. Then i screamed MOOOOOOMMM!!! And from somewhere I heard her screaming WHHATT IS IT NOOOWW?!? I followed the sound and saw her doing the laundry behind the house. 

I told her what I saw and she started to laughing so hard that I was wondering if she was all right? Then when she calmed down she asked me if I saw those "tomaoes" from close? At that moment I knew something was wrong, and without any word and with many questions on my mind I went to the kitchen to see it again.

And I had what to see. My mother put some apples between the tomatoes and the bananas to make the basked look nicer..

I felt like an compleat idiot and didn't know what to say. Why didn't I look it better? Anyway I was already short with time and heard my mother comming. Then I did the smartest thing I could do this morning.

I RUN OUT AS FAST AS I COULD

So my mother couldn't ask me anything and make fun of me,... :)

So the lession behind this story it to not ask many question! Just kidding :D
