Pooping statue in Amsterdam...

We've had our share of weird statues in The Netherlands like 'Kabouter Buttplug' (leprechaun buttplug).

There is a little mall in Amsterdam-Zuid called Gelderlandplein that also has a weird statue.

All I can think of is ... Why would you create/place a statue that looks like it's pooping...?!?!
