Ticket validation machine upgrade
The think parking garage ticket validation machines should be upgraded to include a speaker. When a ticket is inserted for validation, a voice would say, "You are a good ticket. You are important and necessary. Your thoughts and opinions matter."
Then the ticket would ejected, with "Validated" printed across the back.

Then the ticket comes out in a wheel chair. You know....... invalid.
