I'm hoping there wasn't an Alka Seltzer tablet inside that bread! At the beach, kids used to throw Alka Seltzer tablets wrapped in bread to the sea gulls. They would eat them and the tablet would fizz up in their stomach and pop their stomach. At least that's the story, not sure if it is true or just urban legend.
