ahh, as you can see i'm completely witness neutral for the moment rival
I just don't have the time or the expertise to consider them
and it's a very important task, I don't have the time to vote responsibly, nor do I trust someone else to do it. So for now I'm abstaining all witness votes.

no problem. I just hope you can find some time for it because you have an important stake in it. A lot of big votes are not maintained. So I rather indeed prefer your approach.
