That is awesome. I also enjoyed your who is description. This is my plan also. I met my wife on an Archaelogical Dig in Southern France back in 1992 and we have 2 small kids... working on our Offgrid cabin here in Canada. Are you anywhere near St Bertrand de Comminges .... we were there uncovering an old Roman Settlement where Pompeii set up camp.
