Yeah. I do it wrong it every frickin' time too. Mostly to entertain myself as well. Then, I hope my madness rubs off on the next person. I'll admit it though. I suck at joining little clubs and following procedures. If I wanted to wear a uniform, I'd go work at Burger King.... but that's just me. Don't worry about confusing people. The ones who get it always stick around.
Oh, I'm not too worried about confusing people … it's more of an observation, really. This whole theme of confusing people seems to follow me around wherever I go in life. I'm okay with it.
I noticed in your response to @jeezzle you mentioned the 7-day b&w challenge and how it also has rules/procedures that prevent you from participating. I get that. I actually wanted to participate because I had all kinds of ideas for ways to stretch those rules, but nobody ever nominated me, so I just decided to do it anyway, except I made it a 1-day b&w challenge and adjusted the rules accordingly. It was fun. You should try it.
Maybe I'll do a half day red challenge where I challenge myself to find a stop sign and stand there for half of the day. Just following the rules!
