Calling all nerds and geeks! You have to see this Guardians of the Galaxy video!!!!!
In addition to making some incredibly entertaining movies, Marvel Studios has created some pretty brilliant marketing campaigns (see Deadpool).
Yesterday the studio completely outdid themselves. They have now set the bar so high that I don't think it can ever be reached again.
The commercial for the Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2 DVD is the greatest commercial ever created. Over 2 million people have chosen to watch this commercial in in last 24 hours.
If you haven't seen it yet, here it is:
The commercial is really a 3 minute long 70s/80s style music video. If you have ever seen the TV show Solid Gold, this video will look familiar. It will also look awesome!
Guardians of the Galaxy director James Gunn also directed this video (thank you!) which will also be available on the DVD that is being released on August 8th.

The video stars David Hasselhoff and features cameos by many of the stars of the movies including Chris Pratt, Dave Bautista, Zoe Saldana, Pom Klementieff, Michael Rooker, and Stan Lee Stan Lee.
What a treat...
It also stars Karen Gillan.

Marvel has some great ,and some so so movies from an old time comic readers
point of view. Spiderman ,Ironman,the 2nd Hulk,Daredevil(from Netflix) are very well done as well as some of the X-Men. I will reserve my opinion until I watch the movie.Thanks for the preview.Alway like to see where Stan Lee pops up .
