This is very funny - just wish that everyone could laugh about it. Some of my friends who were very critical of Obama can't take a joke about Trump. It's unfortunate, but a part of our social media now.

To add more serious commentary, I think nation state borders are archaic. The idea you "own" public property is, to me, an illusion. It's just stuff bought and improved on with money stolen from you. We can still have nice things without using threats of violence or extortion to get them. Peaceful consensus can be reached in other ways (enter blockchain technology stage right...). Things we want to collectively share and use can be paid for in other ways (hello cryptocurrency!)

Heheh. It's certainly a concern, but as long as we don't loose the Internet completely, I think we can keep inventing new blockchains if we don't like the "Dear Leader's State Sponsored" blockchain. And if they restrict the Internet too much, hello mesh networks and peer to peer network chains via microwave, micro satellite, weather balloon, hand-held local wifi, or even friggen ham radio. It's a arms race and in some regards, I think we're well in the lead.
