Do People Really Care About The Truth?
In light of some recent events I would like to chat about truth.
Do you strive to search for the truth, or do you just accept a statement from someone you don't know? If a compete and utter stranger had to tell you that someone you know is doing something bad, do you believe them or do you ask them to show you any kind of evidence to support their statement? I would believe the latter to be the ethical and just route to choose. What if that stranger makes an accusation and the person accuses says that the accusation is false, on who does the burden of proof lie, obviously on the accuser. I mean what if I had to accuse you of taking these words I have just written, I need to show proof that this has happened, you in no way need to show proof that you didn't take them. When the mob all cheers for those making accusations with no evidence, what kind of a world is that?

My advice to anyone is, don't jump onto the band wagon when only accusations are thrown around, especially when those accusations are done so by people you have never met. Maybe accusations alone are the reason they are being thrown to begin with, some people are unfortunately not nice on here, you can see this by the content of their character, how they treat people around them. Are they here to help others or are they here to help themselves, and who of those help other without expecting anything else in return, there are not many of those on this platform.

The issue here my friend is that the majority of our society are mindless sheep who take whatever they see and hear online as the "god almighty truth". If it was on the telly or on that there internet machine then it must be true, right? It makes me so frustrated that so many people in our world are incapable of critical thinking and taking the time to stop and consider the message. This mindlessness is going to be the death of us all.
Yeah bro, I can't express how it saddens me to see this mass stupidity, especially of some people I thought would actually know better. What put me off the most is just how mean spirited some people are, it really appalling.
