What my friends say I have to look forward to if I have kids

I would hope that was presented to their teenagers because that would be kind of harsh if they are talking about toddlers. (grins) But, I would put them to work as soon as they can walk before they know how to talk, then they wouldn't know what life would be like not working. Problem solved.
