Yep, i have one of those. Not a bad practice, every now and then i do need to dispose of something that i dont want to keep in the trash can for a day or two.

Yes, I have a drawer in the kitchen that has trash bags full of trash bags. Occasionally I'll recycle them if they become too much to handle.
Me and my friends just moved in to our new apartment and we already have a drawer full off plastic bags. LOL
