I can smell the minnows and worms, right now.

Been a long time since I've been in a bait shop. I grew up on a 12 acre lake in MI. MASSIVE lake perch - 11" average probably. 15 and 17" were the lunkers pulled out that I know of.

We sold the lake when I was in my late teens, and I went back about 10 years later. Asked if we could fish there, and it had changed. Massive largemouth. 20lbs on 10 fish, and we had 3 snapped lines (12lb test)...
