Remind me tomorrow
I’ve been clicking on the “remind me tomorrow” option to update my Mac for about a year and a half now.
Thinking about not being able to use my computer while it updates makes me anxious…
Thinking about maybe getting a virus because I’m not updating makes me anxious…
I’m afraid of just turning the notification off because I think I’ll never update my computer…
Now, every time that update notification slides in, my chest gets tight and I clench my butt.
I’m not sure how to get out of this.
I think I’m going to keep clicking “remind me tomorrow”, maybe tomorrow I’ll hold my breath, count to 7 and click update.
