Debbie is about half...I try to keep her off the warpath! They did treat them badly, but they also did Not wipe them out, which was a more common way to conquer land areas. They may buy back all the land they lost, with casino cash. :)

I would put in heavy industry on the Res and make jobs for the tribe. Around here, I would set up a drilling company too. Irrigate and plan to grow enough to become self sufficient. Just a few, small changes.... :)
