five easy ways to increase the final value
Who, anyway, does not want the value of school or college to improve? The period 'you want your grades are just ordinary-or even saggy? Let's get started early this semester!
Here are five simple but effective tips to increase your score. Keep in mind and make a habit everyday yes, gaes.
- Read notes or textbooks before going to bed.
Familiarize yourself reading school material-from notes or textbooks-before bedtime. According to research, the brain will take the nearest memory before sleep, then keep it as long-term memory while you sleep. Kayaking in the Inside Out movie, you know!
So, if you read the subject matter before going to sleep, the subject matter will be stored better and more durable in the brain.
Oh, do not push yourself to read ALL the subject matter before going to bed. Especially if again sleepy heavy. Later the material is all mentally. Try reading the latest subject matter aja, from each subject. The important thing should be routine every night, yes!
- Learn from long ago.
You must really often hear that learning Speeding System Overnight aka learning impromptu is not effective. Yep, that's right. Learning picies from far-away days is much more effective than speeding up the night before the exam. For any exam. Whether it's a daily test, UTS, UAS, UN, let alone college selection.
By learning long ago, you do not just memorize the exam material, but also be familiar and familiar with the subject matter. Plus, you're not going to be tense and stressed out, as if you were studying the System of Speeding Overnight.
- Be productive when learning.
The point is "productive when learning" how, tuh? That is, when you learn, you have to be really focused and productive in absorbing the material.
The trick there is a lot. The most standard is to STOP HAPE as long as you learn! Minimal, get rid of all the way, so it's not a bit seen.
Also, be aware that people's learning styles are different. Maybe you are a visual type person, who should see his learning materials? Or maybe you're the type of audio, which is faster understand the subject matter when listening to the teacher's explanation?
Or you can focus more on studying in a lonely room alone? Means do not maximally learn rame-rame with friends in the cafe, sob.
In essence, each person has a different way of learning. Find the best way to learn for you, and do not join friends.
- Build early and make plans.
It's hard, though, if you're not a person who wakes up early. But first try, do this: force yourself to wake up 15-30 minutes earlier than your usual waking hours, to review your agenda of the day.
So use that 15 minutes to, for example, create a to-do list, read the notes, read up on lesson items that will be learned at school that day, double-check the tasks to be collected, and so on.
Getting up early and making plans will help you feel better prepared for the day. In effect, you will learn more effectively in school, and get better grades.
- Read the note aloud.
Studies show that reading notes aloud (not just read in the heart) can help you remember your note material with more durability. This is a research word, you know, not my word. Cobain, deh. Nothing wrong!
Come on, you can, really, get a better grade this school year!
