Denver Ramen Vegan: Shopping Day

Today I begin my 2 week adventure filled only with ramen and some other substitutes.

I have added small deveined shrimp, filet mignon cubes, lemon pepper chicken, and a spicy side Caesar salad. Everything is gluten free, and everything was farm raised using non GMO’s. I have bought 54 ramen packs including a myriad of variety ranging from Chicken to Beef.

Tonight I will stay traditional and only cook straight ramen with no substitutes. I am serious about sticking to this Ramen Vegan diet.

My setup for the next 2 weeks:
