I thought it was because wherever the author is from, the men look like women, and this guy in the pic is going to lose an eye based on the way they are holding the weapon.
To avoid losing that eye the transgender model needs to place the stock firmly into shoulder, then bend their neck so as to properly use the sight, hold their breath, and squeeze off a round.
But this way, either put the weapon down, or go buy an eye-patch.
