Kalsarikännit :: One Word to Say "Getting Drunk, Alone, in my Underwear at Home"
Browsing through the other social media feed everybody seems to have, I found this very amusing post explaining the word "Kalsarikännit" (here), a word from the official dictionary of our northern European country of Finland.
"Kalsarikännit" explained:
The feeling when you are going to get drunk home alone in your underwear – with no intention of going out.
"this is Finland" (a collaboration of Finland's Ministry for Foreign Affairs and the Finland Promotion Board) issued a news article (here) stating:
Finland is the first country in the world to publish its own set of country themed emojis. The Finland emoji collection contains 56 tongue-in-cheek emotions, which were created to explain some hard-to-describe Finnish emotions, Finnish words and customs.
two special emoticon for Kalsarikännit are included in the set as well.

We once asked the national liquor store staff for recommendations for good kalsarikännit wine, to test what kind of wines they would give us in different stores. The result was some amused smiles and professional answers, and we got wine that would be interesting enough to drink the whole bottle of, one that goes without having any food or snacks, and not one that gives you headache. Turns out they took it very seriously!

Ohh I thought this was the post I had replied to, apparently there were 2 different ones about the word, what a coincidence.
