The best way to predict weather

in #funny7 years ago (edited)

Many people doesn't trust to meteorologists.

Meteorology is a scientific study, so there can't be any space for mistakes. But still, many times they didn't predict some weather changes and the weather can be tricky. So, always before going to some trip, or fishing, or sailing, or anything that demands a lot of time outside, I took an advice from her!

And you know her, this is my grandma! The ultimate weather predictor!

Now you ask me what does my grandma have with meteorology!

Let me explain that to you!

  • If she is in bad mood or she has a headache, it means that the strong, south wind is coming.
  • If her knees are in pain, it means that it will be rainy tomorrow or on day after.
  • If her hips are in pain, that means that the cold, north wind is coming.
  • When she sleeps all day, it means that very beautiful day is coming.
  • If her lower part of her backs are in pain, it means a hell of the rainfall.
  • If her neck is in pain, it means that any kind of heavy weather changes is coming.

Combinations:

  • Headache and knees: a thunderstorm!
  • Hips and knees: snow!
  • Backs and neck: a cold day in the middle of the summer!
  • Hips and backs: croup!
  • Headache and sleep all day: a bad episode of a soap opera.

Meteoropathy

Meteoropathy is a medical condition connected with weather conditions. I don't know so much about it, but it seems that all is connected with the changes of the pressure of atmosphere. Scientists are still trying to figure it out. The most of the meteoropaths are in pain during the changes of weather, but some of them are in pain BEFORE of those changes.

Science says that's all the folk stories, but my grandma can predict the weather every time using her own bones.

I entered to her kitchen and found out that her hip is in pain.

That means that a nice weather like today will not stay for a long!

Thank you!
