I like Steemit better than Facebook because ...
I thought it would be kind of funny to have a page on Facebook where all Steemers could tell Facebook why we think Steemit is better than Facebook. So I made a Facebook page for that. Now we can really test to which extent free speech is reality on Facebook :-). I hope the Facebook team doesn't take too much offense about this initiative as it is just meant for humorous purposes.
I still do not get the comparison with facebook and steemit. Facebook is a very personal platform. In steemit you can not even put a avatar picture on your profile. Or simple chat with friends and even do calls. We are in a very early stage.
I agree with you. At the moment there is no comparison. But many people are making this comparison and I just intended to make a little bit of fun out of it. At this moment steemit is new and can go in many directions. It doesn't even have to become a comptitor of Facebook.
I like Steemit cuz Facebook don't pay for my comments!!
