I am just now trying to figure out what steemit contests are all about so I appreciate you taking the time to be very clear about the instructions as to how to participate.
Just post up some gifs like everyone else is.. you can do a reply then just drag and drop the image from your desktop into the text area.
The 3 most upvoted gifs will win.. not including my gifs of course.
