The first are grapes. The second has been dried, meaning all it's water content has been evaporated, and this totally changes the nutritional value...🍇.

✖️The raisins are 77% higher in calories for the same weight compared to the pure grape. If you ate 433g of grapes that would equal 299cal, which is equivalent to 100g of raisins 😮 - that's a lot of grapes and would easily fill you up! ✔️
I love these kind of posts where you can see the clear comparisons between 2 foods for the same weight, which is why I made my own!
