If you have an Android smartphone and use Google Keyboard, This has been on the Google Pixel phone since it came out but rolled out recently to other devices. It has been a nice added feature to have it built-in to the keyboard. I've been annoying the heck out of my girlfriend with Gif memes replies :P
Of course the iPhone has this feature as well.
This last meme below is not a GIF, it is a screenshot from a video made by @ubg. He made some funny videos and I was able to save this screeshot. Shoutout to the witnesses up on the panel, and that @picokernel keeping it thuglife :P
