That’s right, everyone’s favorite Vermont based ice cream company has announced that their new flavor will fuse the fiery and tangy taste of Sriricha with the light creaminess of a vanilla chocolate swirl chock-full-of-pretzels and choco-nut clusters packed with the flavors of Thailand. Ben and Jerry’s Massaman Sriracha ® Vanilla Choco Choco-Nut Curry Swirl will have your taste buds tingling and the Los Angeles Philharmonic Orchestra is proving it in a big way.

“It feels like I’m in Bangkok again!” says Gustavo Dudamel principal conducter of the Los Angeles Philharmonic Orchestra while sampling the tantalizing Thai ice cream during a rapturous performance of Alexander Scriabin’s “The Poem of Ecstasy”. “Pretzels! Pralines! M&Ms! Choco-nut clusters! Joyous mingling of flavors! Burning with desire, I am in bliss,” he continued as the pipe organ thundered in the climactic finale.

Ben Cohen, co-founder of Ben and Jerry’s shared this sentiment in a interview in his home in Burlington, Vermont. “When we partnered with Sriracha ® we were looking for someone who could bring a sense of authenticity to the project. We are very pleased with the new product and are confident that consumers will enjoy the bold Thai flavors and umami goodness you can only get from fish sauce and dried shrimp”.
