Spain held its first national break title in 2010 in a shopping center in Madrid. The challenge, held by National Association of Friends of the Siesta, planned to resuscitate the power-snoozing convention. Members were to rest for 20 minutes, while their heartbeats were observed. Focuses were granted for how rapidly members nodded off and the most unique resting position.
