Project lebastion, explanations - seeking contributors
@lebastion, a social project on steem blockchain
Greetings Steemians,
@lebastion appeared on the blockchain to be able to help cheap housing, ecologic, resilient constructions, for people who couldn't afford it on their own.
It's true the first project is my own, I reveal this to be transparent and totally honest. BUT @lebastion promises to continue to raise funds over and over for other future projects
Future projects will be put on a contributor's vote, to be as fair as possible.
To be eligible, the project must concern a housing, not for renting purposes. The house needs to be cheap (see average costs in the country), ecologic, resilient. Chances will raise if the building uses recycled materials.
Project owner must proove the seriousness of his request, by finding a parcel of land, contact an architect, and if possible an agreement with a construction company.
Once elected, funds will only be transfered while bills are issued. You will need to proove to the contributors that the money will be spent on the purpose of the fund raise.
No transfer will happen without those proofs, and funds would be kept for next project.
