Cloth Distribution
As part of the touching lives at Christmas activities giving out clothings, toiletries and goodies was a special time in the christmas giving process. This was the effort of a whole semester planned activity of accumulating from those who have some to spare and those willing to give generously and genuinely to help others enjoy a better life. Not all lives and people may have been privileged as others, there are some who find it difficult affording to even eat within the 24hours in a day whiles there are some who have some limited number of clothing they have not option than to wear their tattered clothings are year long.
The very first sustainable development goals see to eliminate this kind of poverty, but who is to do the work? It is us, the very small efforts we put in to the change lives of those around us. It is not only a government action that is required for little drops of water makes a mighty Ocean. Imagine the lives that have smiled this holidays as a results of these activities. We could do much more, we could reach out to many more and put more smile on the faces of many others if you would join us to touch lives.
There are 17 Sustainable Development Goals and although we do not need to tackle all of them at once, focusing on one helps make it easier to achieve the others because life is not a simple path like that of straight line that you follow till the end. It is a complicated puzzle intertwined with lots other things which we must equally focus on to achieve even some very basic and common tasks.
