We'll see. It's mostly person to person stuff and the most difficult part is... the project, the initiative and the decisions are not mine. I am involved, participating and trying to help. I suggest but not all of it is accepted just because I do.

But the learning you provide is the real value here. And I am already more confident, but also more careful. I am sure I will prepare other projects.
