Project Dudeland: Purchase of 21 New Pairs of Shoes for Children in Street Condition

Project Dudeland is for communities that need support to move forward and grow, opening our hearts to leave indelible marks in their lives.

It is an Active and Constant project that is generated by the interest of the Steemians in contributing with a grain of sand in this sea of opportunities.

The communities and institutions that have been supported by the Dudeland Project (Land of Friends) have benefited from donations Food, school supplies, books, kitchen supplies and shoes for the little ones.

Continuing with our campaign of donation of shoes for street children, we continued our trip by giving shoes to these children and above all giving them a smile. Remember that our goal is to deliver 100 pairs of new shoes. With the help of the entire community, we have delivered 59 pairs of Shoes in a matter of 1 Month.

Project Dudeland, has received different donations during the Campaign of fundraising, destined to the purchase of New Shoes, foundations like @adollaraday and @fundition have worked hand in hand with the Dudeland Project to achieve this dream that is donate shoes to the communities with more needs in my community, we have also received the support of very good friends who have donated some of their money for the execution of this project, like @planetenamek / @karinxxl / @madevi / @eftnow / @malos10 who are giving your grain of sand to make this project a reality.

As the last time we want to give these shoes in the streets with the boys and girls we find in needs. This time we bought shoes a little bigger because these children have no shoes and their feet are bigger than a boy or girl of these ages. We are going in the next days to the city and walk all over it searching for these children in the places where they gather or ask for money and help. As the last time, we expect to be walking from 4 to 5 hours from one point of the city to another.

In this opportunity we have 21 new shoes. Maybe we could not give them the same day, it depends of the children we find those days. From these 21 shoes, 8 were from the post of the fundition, 4 were paid with Steem and SBD and the other 4 with the equivalent of the SP.

Now, the cheaper shoes cost 22.000.000 each one. Of course, there are expensive But the idea is to help most people.

This happens because the problems in the country that makes things quite expensive and difficult to find. In the series "What a Crisis Looks Like" i explain some of the factors and some price of the things in the country and even the minimun wage, where to buy one pair of these shoes we would need like 4 minimun wage without doing anything else than saving.

We don't usually do this because in our country we CANNOT take photos of the stores and they do not give bills because many of them don't pay taxes. I know this could sound crazy but this is a third world country and with a very severe crisis. The level of corruption is such that when we are going to give the shoes, we have to be careful with the polices because they can take away the shoes and we could even go to prison for having so many shoes. All these things we did it under that risk.

A special thanks to @adollaraday and @karinxxl who have always been interested in our donations, has given us words of unconditional support and with whom we share the love for making dreams come true. Their financial support has made possible many of our donation and giving to the children a different tomorrow. We hope to continue counting on your support and reach more people.

With these donations, what is wanted is to dignify the lives of these young people and give them that little push so that they have the necessary tools to achieve their dreams.
