Hello, what is the purpose in short? Why hurry?

This account has a goal - a project to fulfill and it's supported by @fundition. The liquid Steem is to be used on the project's goals when it is enough. As of now it covers 14 % of the expenses. Some of the liquid Steem has been accumulated in other ways and I could use it to power up right now but what then?
