And once again, it only took me 3 hours to screw up my sleep pattern.
We have all been there, haven't we? My sleep pattern was broken. I went to bed every morning around 5am and slept for 8-10 hours. But suddenly, I had to go my lectures again every morning at 9:00am. I then realised that I was fucked, and I had to fix my sleep pattern.
So here is what I did to fix my sleep pattern: For 7 days, I went to bed about 1 hour later every day. So the first day I went to bed at 6 am, then 7 am the next day and then 8 am until I had a pretty good sleep pattern.
But then..
When I finally started getting used to go to bed around 10 pm after spending 7-8 days of fixing my circadian rythm, I fell asleep for 3 hours when I came home after the first lecture. That night I could not sleep at all, and here I am now. Still awake at 4:44 writing this post..
